MyStar provides personalized digital storybook creation services where customers can:
Our service is a digital product only. We do not offer physical books or shipping. All storybooks are delivered electronically via email download link.
Age Requirement: You must be 18 years or older to use our service. Our service is intended for purchase by adults (parents/guardians) on behalf of children.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. Payment is required in full at the time of order.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already placed. All prices are in USD.
Delivery Method: Your personalized storybook will be delivered via email download link to the email address provided at checkout.
Delivery Timeframe: Most storybooks are generated and delivered within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Complex customizations may take up to 72 hours.
Download Access: Download links remain active for 30 days. After 30 days, you may request a new download link by contacting support@mystarstories.app.
File Format: Storybooks are delivered as PDF files compatible with most devices and e-readers.

MyStar retains all rights to our website, story generation technology, templates, designs, branding, and underlying intellectual property. The license to use your personalized storybook does not grant you any rights to our platform or technology.

Quality Commitment: We are committed to delivering quality products. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your storybook, please see our Refund Policy or contact support for re-generation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MyStar SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if they qualify.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our service or other users.
Upon termination, your right to use our service will cease immediately. Provisions that should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will remain in effect.
